About Kelly Duff

Kelly Duff is an employee engagement leader at Allstate, based out of the company’s Chicago location at the Merchandise Mart. She leads a team of engagement specialists across Allstate’s Talent Centers in Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, Northbrook, IL, and Tempe, AZ.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elmhurst College. She previously worked for iHeart Radio Chicago and the Chicago Tribune. She is also an award-winning author who writes contemporary romance and has performed onstage in Chicago at Steppenwolf and Mary’s Attic.

About Kaisa Wieneke

Kaisa Wieneke, MPH, is the Assistant Director of Employee Well-Being for Mayo Clinic, and Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration and Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. In her role, Kaisa leads the employee well-being strategy which supports the health and well-being of Mayo Clinic’s 65,000 employees. She has published multiple articles on Mayo Clinic’s focus on well-being champions and the engagement of supervisors for supporting employee well-being. Kaisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Fitness and Health Education from Gustavus Adolphus College and her Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health.

About Anne Bal-Schienke

Anne Bal-Schienke leads engagement strategy at DTE Energy, a Detroit-based energy company. DTE was recently recognized by Gallup for the seventh year in a row as a workplace with exceptionally high employee engagement – in the top 3 percent of Gallup’s worldwide database of companies. Anne and the engagement team help employees bring their best to work each day through the delivery of impactful learning experiences, workshops and team building, company culture initiatives, and leader coaching. Prior to DTE, Anne applied her expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Fortune 500 companies in both the CPG and auto industries to create a winning culture by delivering best-in-class solutions for succession planning, talent development, performance management, assessment, engagement, and people analytics. Anne earned her Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She is also embarking on a new adventure as a first-time mom to 4 month old Henry.

Adam Weber is Co-founder of Emplify, a company that helps leaders measure, diagnose, and solve their employee engagement challenges, where he leads a team of engagement experts focusing on new business growth and market expansion. Previously, he served as co-founder and VP of Sales of Bluebridge Digital where he successfully built and sold a mobile engagement platform focused on engaging the audience of Churches and Tourism organizations.

Adam is a nationally-recognized expert and speaker on employee engagement, culture, team performance, leadership development. He has spoken at a number of events around the country for which he has been consistently rated as a top presenter.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Ball State University, is a former musician, retired pastor, aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Zionsville, IN with his wife, two sons, dogs, and chickens.
