A dip in employee engagement is an opportunity — a chance to “radically listen” to your team’s needs, both within and beyond the workplace. It’s also an opportunity to transform your organization, meet people’s needs and elevate your employees.

With their radical listening approach, Bright Horizons has successfully boosted employee engagement through a number of innovative people programs. In this session with Kristin, you’ll learn:

  • Examples of how Bright Horizons built innovative wellness programs in response to feedback
  • How to uncover key engagement drivers through different employee data sources
  • Communication strategies for driving change within large-scale organizations
